Great food, friendly service!
Portion are not generous like before and shawarma was cold ❄
paying $12 for the "shish taouk" is a total rip off considering they put in so little. it doesnt satiate at all. go to the one on mcgill college instead. it is much better.
It's fine for food court shawarma but it's hardly the best in the city.
Great service, was there so late and the guy still manage to serve me well and take time for me to cook the food.
Good taste
Good one
The staff is very kind and polite. If you're also polite you can have many options to build your own plate. Prices are very competitive and the food portions are very generous, you have one free refill for every drink you buy. The staff speak english and french, but also they speak some of spanish, arabic or other languages.
Do not eat here. The food tasted moldy, the salad was wilted, the guy working the counter was a jerk. Way overpriced for pure gargabe. I threw it all away after 1 bite.
Very small cup never saw this size (mini) , only one refill 😂 , green potato 🙊 unhealthy potato. Normal taste sandwich. My first and last time for this 11$ I prefer to get big shawarma from shawarmz in peel street.
Garlic sauce was spot on! A lot of carbs for carbs lovers. Personally I won't eat this but I love the garlic sauce! If you want to be very full, voila!
Good shawarma!
Tasty food, competitive price
If I'm eating in or near the Eaton center, this is the place i head to first. Very good food, great price and generous portions.
Good
Food is ok and the lady cashier is super friendly.
Firstly, they prefilled my plate with their choice of salad and rice before I even asked for it.Secondly, I ordered shish kebabs. Which were for 14 dollars. And I got 3 tiny pieces of meat on toothpicks. Which is not what what menu picture shows.Come here if you like to get screwed.Pic of my meal attached. Avoid avoid avoid. This is a huge food court, with many options, and anything else you choose is better than this. Also, the food is stale and terrible.
The best now
Customer service needs improvement. Food is OK but a bit overpriced. It seems the outlet gets most of its business from people who want to eat halal food.
The food was pretty much what you expected. The garlic sauce was really good and so was the hummus. The beef shawarma was really salty and the chicken was pretty dry. There was this avocado, cucumber, and tomato salad that was pretty delicious too. They give you a ridiculous amount of food though, so you get a lot of food for what you pay. The staff seemed pretty nice. But, I just wasn't blown away by the flavor of anything or the experience.
Great food. Always consistent
Very disappointing ! Price increase but servings are getting smaller .... They give you a big plate but spread everything to give an impression of a great quantity ! But when you can see your plate ... the trick is badly done ! I used to go to Basha more often but now it's disappointment after disappointment... I understand that the production cost increases but customers should still be satisfied. Won't recommend, sad.
The food is great and some of the staff provide a good service. Last week, the old man's behavior was rude. I am still giving 5 star as I want to suggest people to try the food once!
A typical fast food libanese food. Slightly better than Amir, that depends on which location tho. The portion are fair and the staff are very polite in serving. Will recommend a combo plate with humus and garlic dip with some hot papers on a site. Will definitely recommend for quick bite
I usually really appreciate the food there. But yesterday, i ordered a chicken platter (shish taouk) and im having frkn diarrhea. The chicken wasn't cooked enough
Good
Good food. Good service.
Good food
The best basha you can find!
So good and they r really generous on the portion it's a huge plate .
Food tasted super normal. The chicken shawerma plate was overpriced. I paid $14 for a plate full of coleslaw, tabouleh (salad), rice and potatoes, and a scandalously skimpy amount of chicken. If you're that hungry for shish taouk or shawerma, just get it from supermarket Adonis (it's not very far away, but at least you don't get swindled.)
Good portions at decent prices for a variety of Lebanese food and its open later than most places in the area. The Shish Taouk was good but next time I'd opt for the sandwich rather than the platter.
it says that it opens at 10AM on weekdays but when i went there at 10:30, they said that they open at 11AM. disappointed that the opening times are incorrect.
I eated in there in the food was absolutely uneatable the chiken was going brown and was tasting like if it was old from months plz be carefull when ordering.
The food is cheap and really good. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. They have a discount if you are a student
The chicken sandwich is amazing
Correct
I can't believe I am only reviewing this place now. It has been 2 years I have come to this place and for no other reason than their food is AMAZING. They make traditional, delicious and fresh Lebanese food with portions that are VERY generous. This place is always busy and it's no mystery why. They truly deserve an award, it's that good.
Love it so generous and tast good.
Rude and overcharged my meal
Very good food
Good food
Basha: Hidden in the corners of the Eaton food court, rightfully so,is a Basha franchise with poor service & inedible food. My swarmabox came with poor tasting meat with pieces of hair, cold potatoesand without any pita.
Will never eat here again. First of all he tried to scam me. I ordered a trio that was 9.50 plus taxes but he charged me 11.50 with the android pay. He went quick to make me pay without giving me the time to look at the price so he asked for the receipt and I said yes...when I confronted him he was like sash yeah oops here's the change..like it took me a while to calculate it but he knew right away what money he owed me like if he did this little trick often...The sandwich was good but the garlic sauce was off and the salad was inedible. Absolutely disgusting and I know these places are not know for their salads but I'm not even difficult and just taste horrible like sour and was out too long.Avoid this place at all costs. It's only this location as well usually Basha is really good. Just avoid this specific place.
Yesss
Do not even think to eat from this place .
My go to place at the Eaton Centre food court.
Their veggie plate is delicious.
I've been going to Basha for 15+ years, I liked it over other Lebanese restaurants because of generous quantity of food and quality of freshness of salads. This is not the case, smaller portion when Basha is located in food court.
